Morocco decided to recall its Ambassador to Syria following the attacks against its embassy in Damascus by Syrian protesters, Moroccan Foreign Minister Taib Fassi Fihri said in Tangier on Wednesday. "HM the King decided on Wednesday to recall the Moroccan Ambassador to Syria following the attack on the Kingdom's embassy in Damascus by Syrian protesters", said Fassi Fihri at the opening of the 4th Medays Forum. Fassi Fihri recalled that the recent days saw demonstrations that are "inacceptable and un-spontaneous and consequently planned," adding that several protesters attacked diplomatic missions of European, American and Arab countries. Earlier in the day Morocco condemned in the strongest terms the aggressions against its embassy in Damascus and other Arab and western diplomatic missions. (QNA)
