The joint force shall not effect deployment on Tuesday in al-Tiri area in Ain Hilweh Palestinian refugee camp, with the sound of bullets and rocket shells heard in said area by the remaining remnants of Bilal Badr's group there, thus hampering the deployment of the joint force.
The Palestinian political leadership in Sidon held an emergency meeting at the headquarters of the Joint Force in Tahtanee Street to discuss the details of its deployment in the area of Tiri, as decided by the political leadership of the national and Islamic forces' factions in Lebanon.
The joint force will deploy later, after completing its logistic equipment and personnel, and communicating with the residents of al-Tiri neighborhood to explain the purpose of the deployment.
Heavy gunfire was heard inside the Camp coinciding with the funeral of the two victims Moussa al-Kharbiti and Mohammed Zbeedat.
