The Higher Independent Authority for Elections (HIAE) announced, on Tuesday, that electoral rolls will be posted and published from August 20 to 26 in regional sections of the HIAE, municipalities as well as delegations and imadas. These lists will be also posted in diplomatic and consular representations for Tunisian expatriates. This operation comes in application of Article 8 of the decree-law n°35 of the year 2011, dated, May 10, 2011. According to a statement released Tuesday by the HIAE, each citizen may file an appeal on time to the regional sections of HIAE within the relevant jurisdiction to register or remove a name. The same statement added that in accordance with the provisions of Article 7 of the decree-law indicated above, the HIAE will post the voter lists on its Web site at "www.isie.tn ."
