The Emirates Red Crescent, ERC, has presented medical imaging device for treating premature infants for the University Hospital of Gynaecology, Childbirth and Cardiac Catheterisation in the city of Al Mukalla, Yemen.
The gesture is in line with ERC's continuous efforts and in implementation of the wise leadership's directives to promote health services in the Governorate of Hadramaut to overcome the current challenges.
ERC Supervisor in Hadramaut said that provision of this medical equipment is seen within the framework of the efforts to improve performance of the hospital services.
Officials of the hospital hailed the ERC's humanitarian support for various health sectors in the governorate, stressing that the hospital is in severe need for the aid which would alleviate the suffering of the population.
They also hailed the UAE's efforts, represented in the ERC for supporting the health sector in Yemen
