Egypt's Foreign Minister Sameh Shoukry phoned on Saturday his Saudi counterpart Adel al Jubeir where they they discussed bilateral ties along with the outcome of the meeting held on the sidelines of the Arab Summit between President Abdel Fattah El Sisi and Saudi King Salman bin Abdul Aziz, said Foreign Ministry Spokesman Ahmed Abu Zeid.
The two ministers agreed to hold a round of political consultations in Egypt soon in order to discuss bilateral ties along with the various regional and international issues of mutual interest, added the spokesman.
They will also discuss preparations for the visits of President Sisi to Saudi Arabia and Saudi King Salman to Egypt.
