Dar Al Ber Society and the Media and Humanitarian Sciences College for Women at the Ajman University have run a special function to mark World Orphans Day.
Commenting on the announcement, Hussain Al Balochi, Manager of Orphans and Families Department at Dar Al Ber, said, "The ‘Their Pleasure is Ours’ event is part of a special festivity co-run to provide the orphans with the opportunity to play and have fun.
"We are so grateful to the Ajman University administration and students of the Media and Humanitarian Sciences College for their kind gesture and the good time they spent with our orphans."
Dr. Mona Ali Abdurrahman, an Associate Professor at the Media and Humanitarian Sciences College and the Administrator of the event, said, "The function is part of the college attempts to be an effective part of ‘#Year of Giving’ initiative launched by President His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan."
