The Finance Minister Shaikh Ahmed bin Mohammed Al Khalifa leaves here on Friday 21st of October accompanied with the Bahraini delegation to attend the 91st meeting of the GCC Financial & Economic Cooperation Committee that is held on the 21st and 22nd of this month. The meeting will include a number of discussions headed by the follow-up of the GCC Custom Union developments as well as the progress of the negotiations with the International economic organizations, Gulf Common Market, establishment of the economic judiciary, and a follow-up of the implementations of the adopted decisions by the Supreme Council in preparation for the thirty-second session of the GCC summit to be held in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. A meeting between the Financial & Economic Committee, the Governors of monetary agencies and GCC central banks and the General Director of International Monetary Fund will be held to discuss the latest financial and economic developments on international and regional levels. The Bahraini delegations included assistant under-secretary for economic affairs Yusif Abdulla Hammoud, Shawqi Abdul Aziz Al Sabbagh Head of the GCC relations, senior coordination and follow up specialist Mr. Mohammed Fouad Sattir and Economist Abdullah Khalid AL Jalahma.
