Major General Dr. Ahmed Nasser Al Raisi, Inspector General of the Ministry of Interior, has commended the keenness of the wise leadership to develop the skills of Police officers, with a view to boost the institutional excellence.
Delivering a lecture to the cadets and university graduates of 27th batch at the Police College in Abu Dhabi, Al Raisi stressed the importance of teamwork and focus on the human resources as per the Ministry of Interior's strategy to enforce justice, good conduct, integrity and loyalty, being societal responsibilities, along with the pursuit of excellence in performance, and setting an example in devotion.
He spoke about the importance of oversight in police work, functions of the Inspector General, ensuring the work procedures and measurement of preparedness, efficiency and effectiveness, as well as highlighting observations and opportunities for improvement and strengths, models and work standards according to the annual management inspection plan.
The Inspector General also emphasised the importance of upgrading work and commitment to applying the best practices in a disciplined organisation so as to reflect good image of police in accordance with the values ??in this respect. He wished the graduates success in practical life to serve the beloved homeland.
