HE the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of State for Cabinet Affairs Ahmed bin Abdullah Al-Mahmoud presided over the cabinet's weekly regular session held today at the Emiri Diwan. After the meeting HE Al-Mahmoud stated the following: The cabinet discussed topics on its agenda as follows: First: Approved the contribution of the State of Qatar in increasing the capital of OPEC Fund for International Development (OFID). Second: Approved the following: 1- A Draft cooperation agreement in the security field between governments of the State of Qatar and the Republic of Azerbaijan. 2- A draft agreement on maritime transport between the governments of the State of Qatar and Georgia. 3- A draft agreement economic, trade and technical cooperation agreement between the governments of the State of Qatar and the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka. 4- A draft Memorandum of Understanding in the field of education, higher education and scientific research between the government of the State of Qatar and the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka. 5- A draft Memorandum of Understanding in the field of agriculture and fisheries between the governments of the State of Qatar and the Republic of Philippines
