She is one of the Egyptian ordinary citizens who decided to donate her wealth estimated at about 200 thousand EGP and four bracelets. Egypt’s President Abdel Fattah Al Sisi was keen to meet with Egyptian woman Sabila Ali Ahmed to express his appreciation to her sacrifice, as she decided to donate her wealth to Long Live Egypt Fund.
The Egyptian woman said, in an interview with “Arabs Today”, that it is not the first time for the country’s women to express her love to President Abdel Fattah Al Sisi, saying that there were other women did the same for their country, including Egyptian woman Zeinab Al Malah who donated her golden earring.
She expressed her pleasure for her meeting with President Sisi, saying, “When they told me that I would meet with the president, I was very happy. I am always keen to follow the president’s speech through the television.”
She added that the president offered to execute any request for her, while she refused, saying, “I just ask God to protect you for Egypt and the Egyptian people.” She said, “He dealt with me not as an ordinary citizen, while as his mother. He was talking with me cordially expressing his appreciation to me.”
She added, “He asked me where did I come with the money. I asked him to allocate this money to support the Armed Forces. I appreciate the role performed by the Armed Forces who are considered the protectors of the country.”
He called the Egyptian citizens for supporting their country, demanding them to donate to Long Live Egypt as far as they can. She added that her sons were happy for the step she took, stressing her love to Egypt’s President and the country. She added, “I am always keen to pray for the president during my prayers in the mosque as he protected us and restored the country’s security.”
