They added that the Arab coalition warplanes attacked militants in Oseilan and the town of Bijan as government forces were progressing.
Yemeni government forces, supported by Popular Resistance Committees fighters, managed seven months ago to liberate the governorate of Shabwah from the control of Houthi militants and Saleh loyalists, but they were stationed anew in the town of Bijan and the district of Oseilan after they brought forces from neighbouring Al Byadha governorate.
