At least six loyalists of (ISIS) group were killed in an airstrike in eastern Nangarhar province of Afghanistan.
The Ministry of Defense (MoD) said the airstrike was carried out in the restive Achin district, leaving six of them dead and two others wounded, according to (Khaama Press).
No further details were given if the airstrike was carried out by the Afghan forces or the US forces based in Afghanistan.
Both the Afghan and US forces conduct regular raids against ISIS loyalists in Nangarhar province.
The operations were launched to prevent ISIS loyalists to expand foothold and operations in the country.
