An explosion rocked Kabul province early Monday leaving at least one person dead and three others wounded, security officials said.
The incident took place in Bagrami district after an explosive device planted in an army vehicle went off in Hussain Khel area, according to (Khaama Press).
The district police chief Mohammad Ayoub confirmed that one person was killed and three others were wounded in an explosion that targeted a vehicle of the Afghan army.
No group including the Taliban militants has so far claimed responsibility behind the incident.
This comes as at least five policemen lost their lives in a similar attack in the outskirts of Kabul late on Friday evening.
