A Palestinian young man died Wednesday due to critical injuries he sustained last Friday during clashes with Israeli soldiers in the West Bank City of Ramallah.
Medical sources told Xinhua that Mustafa Aslan, 22, died in Hadasa Hospital in Israel due to critical injuries he sustained during clashes with Israeli soldiers.
According to the sources, Aslan was shot with by Israeli soldiers in the head during clashes between Israeli forces and Palestinian stone-throwers near Qalandiya checkpoint.
Also on Friday, a 13-year-old Palestinian child was killed early in the morning during clashes between Palestinian protesters and an Israeli army force in the southern West Bank city of Hebron.
Medics at Hebron hospital said that the child, Mohamed Jihad Doudeen, from the town of Dura near Hebron, was shot in the chest by Israeli army force fire and died shortly after he was brought to the hospital.
At least six Palestinians have been killed by Israeli fire since Israeli security forces launched an aggressive operation looking for three Israeli teenagers who allegedly were kidnapped near Hebron on June 12.
The Israeli military have stormed nearly 2,000 homes, hunting for suspects and clues, and have arrested hundreds of Palestinians. Israel's move has angered many Palestinians, causing a backlash in the West Bank, with young men often throwing stones at the soldiers, who used live ammunition to disperse them.
