Israeli soldiers invaded, on Tuesday at dawn, the West Bank city of Bethlehem, and arrested one legislator, and three other Palestinians.
Several Israeli military vehicles invaded the Aida refugee camp, in Bethlehem, before breaking into the home of legislator Mahmoud al-Khatib, 42, and arresting him, the International Middle East Media Centre (IMEMC) News reported.
The army also broke into, and searched several homes in the camp, local sources said.
In addition, several military jeeps invaded Husan town, west of Bethlehem, and arrested three Palestinians, including two brothers.
The arrested have been identified as Mohammad Maher Hamamra, 19, his brother, Ahmad, 21, and Ahmad To'ma al-'Areedy, 24.
