South Korean President Lee Myung-bak met here today with HE the Attorney General Dr. Ali bin Fetais Al-Marri who is also Chairman of the third session of member countries of the United Nations Convention against Corruption on the occasion of the convening of the fourth World Summit of Prosecutors General, Attorneys General and Chief Prosecutors, hosted by Korea on the 3oth of June and the 1st of July. During the meeting HE the Attorney General praised the efforts made by Korea in the fight against corruption, thanking him for his country''s hosting of two important conferences namely the 16th meeting of the International Association of Attorneys General, fourth World Summit of Prosecutors General, Attorneys General and Chief Prosecutors which represent an excellent forum for professionals to meet and exchange views, experiences and dialogue on issues that deal with all its competence and judiciary mandate. Dr. Al-Marri also praised the efforts made by South Korea in support of international activities related to general prosecutions and contribution to the international effort in this area. The meeting was attended by Qatar''s ambassador in Seoul Ali bin Hamad Al-Marri.
