Russian Security Council Secretary, Nikolai Patrushev, warned that the terrorists of Daesh (ISIS) are fleeing from Syria and Iraq to other countries.
During an interview with a Russian newspaper on Tuesday, Patrushev pointed out that Daesh militants are gradually moving to other countries in the world, such as Libya, Yemen, the Philippines as a result of the loss of their control over land and funding sources in Syria and Iraq.
He noted that Daesh militants are positioned in Afghanistan, where they can infiltrate into Iran, China, India, Central Asia and Russia, pointing out that the leaders of terrorists are changing their tactics by creating sleeper cells in different countries that can move independently.
