Defence Minister Gerard Longuet left Kabul on Tuesday, wrapping up a three-day visit to Afghanistan during which he inspected his country's troops working under the command of the ISAF which belongs to NATO. During the visit, the Afghan Defence Ministry anounced the killing of two Afghan soldiers and the injuring of seven others in an attack launched by three militants who had managed to storm the defence ministry building opposite to the presidential palace in central Kabul. The Taleban Movement which declared responsibility of the attack said it has been trageting French defence minister himself but he was not in the building at the time, a French military spokesman said
