Zayed Giving Initiative has launched the world's largest pulsating human heart model to highlight its campaign to treat the underprivileged including the elderly and children worldwide.
The message of love and hope to the patients coincides with the 45th UAE National Day anniversary celebrations.
This initiative is part of the Giving Union Programme to complement the voluntary and humanitarian programmes of the Zayed Giving Initiative, locally and globally.
Dr. Adel Al Shamri, CEO of the Zayed Giving Initiative, said, "The new programme constitutes distinctive partnership, including the private and government institutions, and non-profit organisations based on their social responsibility towards the nation."
The initiative also aims at activating the institutional volunteer work and stimulating institutions to adopt volunteer programmes in community areas, he added, noting that the giving in all its themes is the trait of the UAE Union, founded 45 years ago.
