The health condition of four of the persons who were injured in an explosion in front of Tanta police training center have improved, said Gharbiya Health Ministry Undersecretary Mohammad Sharshar Sunday.
Four others are still in a critical condition, added the official.
At least 16 people, including 13 policemen and 3 civilians, were injured in an explosion in Tanta in the vicinity of a police training center.
The Interior Ministry said the booby-trapped motorcycle explosion took place in front of the police training center but no one has claimed responsibility for the attack.
The bomb was hidden in a motorcycle parked near the center and the area has been cordoned off to be combed by security forces, the ministry said in a statement.
