Prep time: 10 min Cook time: 40 min Total time: 50 min (makes 4) Ingredients 250g : self-raising flour 150g : wholewheat flour 1 tsp : salt 2 tsp; baking powder 1 cup milk, plus extra for brushing 80g : nbsp;butter, melted Preparation 1. Preheat oven to 200°C. Grease a baking tray. 2. Place flours, salt and baking powder in a large bowl and make a well in the centre. Mix together milk and butter and pour into the well. Stir with a spoon until just combined and knead until smooth. 3. Divide dough into 4 pieces, roll into balls and place on baking tray. Score the tops with the tip of a knife and brush with milk. Bake for 30-40 minutes, or until cooked. Remove and allow to cool before serving. From : Gulf News
