Cairo governor orders damage assessment of schools in Mohamed Mahmoud, Qasr el-Aini streets
Cairo Governor Osama Kamal issued directives to asses the damage inflicted on the schools, located in Mohamed Mahmoud and Qasr el-Aini streets, due to the ongoing clashes between protesters and security forces
The clashes caused an estimated 3-million pounds in damage
of the schools, three of which caught fire
The governor also ordered to provide the basic needs for these schools to resume the educational process and draw up a plan to transfer students to other schools, which are far from the ongoing violence
