SDL Innovate 2015 was moderated by Paige O'Neill, who gave insights on a field research conducted by SDL that looked into customers experience (CX) of brands and the key areas where customer relationship can be improved. He shared fundamentals of the emirate of Sharjah's history and its economic drivers.
"Sharjah has a very rich culture and history and we try to share our stories. Therefore we developed Sharjah24.ae, and are now receiving news from a large number of authorities before the main stream media gets to know about them. We coordinate with all our local and federal authorities and have a high commitment to drive Sharjah24.ae to its well-deserved position as a transparent, accurate and timely resource for channelled information about the emirate Sharjah and the UAE in general."
Osama Samra, Director General of Sharjah Media Centre added, "The website is an online newspaper initiated by the Ruler of Sharjah himself and the only government news site, which operates under the purview of Sharjah Media Centre – the media and communications arm of the government of Sharjah."
Upon Paige O'Neill's keen interest to visit Sharjah and share her experiences in the field of CX, Sharjah Media Centre is looking into opportunities to expand on her expertise and share her research with the emirate during IGCF 2016.
