The Lamborghini Blancpain Super Trofeo Europe is heading to Silverstone. Following the record line-up in the Monza opening round (47 cars, 22 teams, 70 drivers on the start line), another full grid is expected in England this weekend.
Silverstone also sees many important names participating in the second of this season's six double rounds for the one-make series featuring Lamborghini Huracan LP 620-2 Super Trofeos. In the PRO class all eyes will again be on the Dane Dennis Lind, who started the season with a victory. While the young rookie of Raton Racing has immediately become one of the main protagonists, the ranking leader is the all-Italian duo of Orange 1 Team Lazarus formed by Nicola De Marco and Fabrizio Del Monte, who twice took second place in Monza, and were first in their class in Race 2 at their homeracetrack. Behind them, by only five points, is the Latvian Harald Schlegelmilch (Artline Team Georgia), who finished on the third step of the podium in Race 1 at Monza.
