Double honours for the Volkswagen Annual Report The world’s best 2011 company report comes from Wolfsburg: the international jury of the ARC Awards singled out the Volkswagen Annual Report from 2,200 entrants as the winner of the coveted Best of Show trophy. The Volkswagen publication also came away with the Grand Award in the category of non-traditional annual reports. The awards, sponsored by the US organisation MerComm, are highly regarded in the industry. As well as offering convincing content and attractive design, they recognise how effectively a company’s corporate culture is reflected in its Annual Report. Just recently the iPad app that accompanies the Volkswagen Annual Report received the Digital Communication Award; the print edition won Gold in the Best of Corporate Publishing Award.
