Bright, spacious and dynamic, this colorful apartment in Warsaw, Poland seems to have it all. Designed by Plasterlina, this stylish urban refuge perfectly balances modern decorating with comfortable living. The focal point of the open plan living room seems to be a striped carpet with a rich chromatic tone, setting a cheerful vibe for the entire space. A gray sofa, walnut furniture units and colorful pillows complete this youthful, yet very elegant style. Floor-to-ceiling windows allow natural lighting inside, harmoniously blending the overall design composition.
A home office space was divided from the living room, through a wooden wall, mimicking the material and texture of the kitchen furniture. All the functional zones are cleverly emphasized, without disrupting the unity of the place. Artificial lighting is ensured by a cornice plaster unit which conceals the LED lighting strip along the wall. The bedroom is the most sober part of the house, with the wooden headboard being surrounded by a black wall pattern. A compact storage unit with walnut doors hides away all unwanted items.
