The first flight between Beirut-Rafic Hariri International Airport and Rene Mouawad airport in Kleiat (north ?Lebanon) will be launching Friday, under the title “Secure Beirut Airport, ?Rehabilitate Kleiat Airport.”?
The flight was announced by a number of independent political activists in a press conference held on Thursday in Beirut.
The conference saw the presence of ?member of the monitoring committee in March 14 forces Tony Teama, and the vice president of the ?monitoring committee on the functioning of Kleiat airport, Lawyer Mohammed Nemr al Hassan.?
Political activist Kareem al Rifaie said: "Launching the first civil air flight to Kleiat airport is a great new initiative implemented to improve transfers in the country."
