Glucose level will be checked in diabetics
Qatar's Primary Health Care Corp (PHCC) has rolled out a health awareness campaign in four malls during Ramadan, to achieve community participation
and advise people on the importance of a healthy lifestyle, the Peninsula has reported.
The Awareness Campaign for the Holy Month of Ramadan aims to address one of the important health issues facing Qatari community: Chronic non-communicable diseases, the PHCC said.
During the campaign, a physician will be available to answer queries, while nurses will measure blood pressure and glucose level in diabetics.
