Egyptian singer Tamer Hosny got his hand and foot prints cemented in the renowned movie palace that is located on the historic Hollywood Walk of Fame in Los Angeles, in a ceremony organized on August 9.
Hosny shared a live video with his fans in the concert through his account on "Instagram", for those who missed the live broadcasting. Tamer was keen to participate in other videos to present the moment of imprinting his hand and foot prints.
A number of artists and singers congratulated him on this celebration, as the first Arab celebrity to get a monument in his honor in Hollywood's iconic Chinese Theater, to join the ranks of an exclusive group of Hollywood stars to receive the honor, including Michael Jackson, Al Pacino, Marilyn Monroe and Brad Pitt.
For her part, actress Mai Ezz El Din, congratulated Tamer Hosny, posting a video with him via her account on "Instagram". "Congratulations, Tamer, we are proud of you and your success," she commented on her video.
While actress Mirhan Hussain congratulated him as the first Arab celebrity to get a monument in his honor in Hollywood's iconic Chinese Theater.
"Congratulations to our Arab star, Tamer Hosny, the first Arabic fingerprint in Hollywood, an awesome shot of raising Egyptian flag in the most prestigious places," great actor, Adel Imam said in a tweet on his official Facebook page.
While singer Sherine Abdel Wahab said in her post on Facebook: "Congratulations to the star Tamer Hosny, the first Egyptian and Arab artist to put his prints in Hollywood, it is a great success."
While singer Mina Atta congratulated him through his personal page in Instagram, posting a picture of Tamer carrying Egyptian flag.
For his part, singer Mohammed Rashad congratulated Hosny, through Twitter. "Congratulations to the star Tamer Hosny on screening of his movie "Tisbah Ala Khair" (Good Night), and for honoring him in Hollywood.
Tunisian singer Latifa also congratulated Tamer Hosny through her Twitter account.
