Prince Saud bin Khaled Al-Faisal, deputy governor of Madinah, highlighted Madinah region’s great potential to contribute to Vision 2030.
During a visit to the Madinah Chamber of Commerce and Industry, he said it is a leading region in attracting investments and contributing to Saudi development.
The prince added that Madinah city, the region’s capital, enjoys Islamic and historical advantages that businessmen could see as beneficial in terms of investments.
He noted the rich agricultural and economic resources that could promote trade and economic activity in the region.
Prince Saud urged investors in Madinah to collectively come up with added-value initiatives to benefit the local economy in particular and the Kingdom in general.
Officials and leaders of business and industry in the region should also organize exhibitions and conferences, he said.
They will serve as engines of growth with the participation and attendance of local and foreign businessmen, he added.
