.
Benkirane was expected to lead a delegation of his ministers and Moroccan businesspeople to Czech Republic on Sunday.
Minister of Agriculture and Fisheries Aziz Akhannouch and Minister of Tourism Lahcen Haddad, were also invited to the European state by Czech Prime Minister Petr Necas.
However, in a statement, the Moroccan government said: "The government of Morocco expresses its solidarity with the government and the people of the Czech Republic, wishing that the citizens of this friendly country stay safe."
