New hotel will include a premium health club with an outdoor swimming pool
Hilton has confirmed plans to develop a second Garden Inn hotel in the Saudi Arabian capital city, Riyadh.
In a statment issued on Sunday, Hilton Worldwide said it has signed an agreement with Abdul
Mohsen Al-Hokair Tourism and Development Group to begin work on a new 130-room Hilton Garden Inn.
The hotel will be the third Hilton Garden Inn in Saudi Arabia, after an agreement was signed for a similar hotel in Tabuk, in September.
President of Hilton Worldwide Middle East & Africa, Rudi Jagersbacher, said: "I am delighted to sign this great new hotel. Riyadh continues to attract large numbers of international companies seeking a Middle East base which, in turn, is fuelling demand across a number of sectors, including hospitality."
The new hotel will include a health club, outdoor swimming pool, four boardrooms and a business centre.
Adrian Kurre, global head of Hilton Garden Inn added: "We are delighted to expand our presence further in Saudi Arabia, a market which is proving particularly welcoming for the Hilton Garden Inn brand."
