The thriller writer, Dan Brown, will be guest of honour at the 33rd edition of the Sharjah International Book Fair (SIBF) 2014.
Dan Brown, whose books have sold over 200 million copies worldwide and been translated into 55 languages, will be speaking about his work at a special event at the Expo Centre, Sharjah on Thursday 6th November at 19:30.
Ahmed Al Ameri, Director of the Sharjah International Book Fair, said, "We are extremely pleased to welcome Dan Brown to this year's Sharjah International Book Fair, which promises to be bigger and better than ever. Mr Brown's books continue to enthral readers from across the globe and we are very happy to be able to offer our visitors the opportunity to meet one of the world's most brilliant literary minds." Brown's works includes titles such as Digital Fortress, Deception Point, The Lost Symbol and the critically acclaimed The Da Vinci Code and Angels and Demons, which have both been made into films starring Tom Hanks.
His latest work Inferno is arguably Brown's most compelling and thought provoking novel to date. Signed copies of his books, in both English and Arabic editions, will be available after the event.
