Dispatching of tickets

Tickets will be posted out via first class post on Monday 18 September.

Supporters from the UK who purchase tickets after Friday 29 September will need to collect their tickets from the ticket office on the day of the match.

Supporters who live in Europe who purchase tickets after Friday 22 September will need to collect their tickets from the ticket office on the day of the match.

Supporters outside of Europe who purchase tickets after Wednesday 20 September will need to collect their tickets from the ticket office on the day of the match.

Duplicate tickets

Supporters who DO NOT bring their match tickets with them on matchday must visit the turnstiles and purchase a new match ticket on the day of the match, subject to availability.

Supporters who DO NOT receive their match tickets in the post should contact the ticket office the Friday prior to the home match in order to arrange a duplicate ticket. Supporters who DO NOT request duplicate tickets in advance will have to purchase a new match ticket on the day of the match, subject to availability.

Loyalty points

Supporters will receive 0 (zero) loyalty points for this match.

Ticket prices

Tickets for this match are priced as follows:

Adults                            £6

Juniors (under-20)           £3

Seniors (over-65)             £3

Tickets cannot be refunded once purchased unless a match is postponed or abandoned. Refunds will only be made in accordance with the Match Ticket Conditions of Issue.

Ticket sales information

Ticket sales for this match will be as follows:       

Monday 18 September: Tickets will go on general sale (maximum of 10 tickets per person).

Disabled Supporters will receive one ticket for their personal assistant on Proof of disability. 

Chelsea season ticket holders must purchase a ticket for this match as it is not included in the season ticket package.

Tickets will be sold from 9.15am with supporters able to purchase a maximum of 10 tickets per person. For disabled supporters, applications will be accepted from 9.15am via email access@chelseafc.com, fax: 020 7565 1462, post, personal callers or you can call on 0371 811 2012 with supporters able to purchase a maximum of 10 tickets per person. 

Tickets will go off sale online Monday 2 October at 4pm. Tickets will be available at the turnstiles for cash payments only 90 minutes prior to kick-off, subject to availability.
