Gavin Henson was hoping for a long-term deal with Toulon
Gavin Henson's ill-fated Toulon career is over after only two games, according to French newspaper L'Equipe.
Wales international Henson has only played for the French side twice, and was suspended for a week after a nightclub incident earlier this month.
Toulon president Mourad Boudjellal had previously said the 29-year-old has been "difficult to manage".
The club have not yet officially commented on Henson's future, but are due to make a formal statement shortly.
Henson joined the Top 14 club in February but made only two appearances before the incident, which followed a win over Toulouse.
