Yemeni forces managed to control the center of Mokha city, as they launched attack against the Houthi strongholds in the most of the city's districts. They currently work to cleanse them from the Houthi militias and the other forces loyal to former President Ali Abdullah Saleh.
The Arab Coalition's fighter jets and warships launched attacks on areas on Yemen's western coast and militias sites near Mokha port. They also attacked the militants' sites on the coast of Lehia and Medi directorates.
According to military sources, 26 militants were killed during the battles between the Yemeni forces and militias in the mountains of Saada governorate, including Houthi leading member Mohamed Mahdi Al Barti.
The national army also escalated its attacks against the Houthi militias and Saleh's forces in Taiz, leading to the killing of two elements and the injury of others. The militias, on their hand, bombarded the residential buildings in a number of districts west Taiz.
On the other hand, Yemeni President Abd-Rabbu Mansour Hadi revealed he leads a project to build a federal state based on justice and equality. He said, "The blood of our martyrs will not be undermined. We will work to build our federal state. We will not be ruled by Iran or its tools."
The Gulf States expressed their support for the political solution in Yemen in the framework of the basic references. Director General of Gulf Cooperation Council Abdel Latif Al Zayani expressed, during a meeting with Yemen's ambassador to Riyadh, their readiness to rebuild the country.
