The secretary general of the Algerian “National construction” movement Ahmed al-Dan told Arab today that the coalition with the Justice and development front and Algerian renaissance movement came after long discussions addressing the political, economic and social situation in Algeria.
The discussions between the three Islamic parties led to the launch of a new coalition targets aiding the decision-makers in Algeria to help the country escape the current tough situation, said Al-dan.
He added that the three parties decided to unify the political speech to face the challenges the country going through due to the collapse of the international oil prices, and the volatile security situation caused by tension in the neighboring countries.
The secretary general of the national construction movement said that the coalition targeted at first all the political parties calculated on the Islamic trend, however some obstacles stood on the way of this aim, as disputes evolved between some parties.
Regarding the new elections laws, Al-dan said he is not skeptical about them, asserting that the coalition can secure easily the 4% of signatures mentioned in the new laws.
Al-dan suggested to end the usurious transactions in banks to retake the cash exists in the black markets, he also called for an end for the bribery and bureaucracy driving out the investment, as means to revive the sluggish economy.
Al-dan asserted that Algeria can survive the current economic crisis, however the government has to eliminate the financial corruption which is destroying the country, he added.
