Saudi King Salman Bin Abdel Aziz stressed the need for strengthening the bilateral relations between Saudi Arabia and Indonesia in the different fields. The statements came in the framework of the current visit conducted by the Saudi king to Jakarta.
Salman added, addressing the Indonesian president, “I appreciate your invitation and hospitality. I hope that the visit will achieve positive results to strengthen the bilateral relations between our countries in different fields during the coming period to meet the aspirations of our peoples.”
On his hand, Indonesian President Joko Widodo welcomed the Saudi king, stressing that the Indonesian people’s appreciation of the visit which he described as historic. He stressed that Saudi Arabia has its special position in the heart of the Indonesian people, saying that it is important to increase cooperation between the two countries.
