Russian General Staff announced, on Friday, that the Syrian regime forces will enter manbij district in Aleppo, which controlled by Srian Democratic Forces (SDF), under an agreement between the Russian troops and Manbej Military Council.
The entry of the regime forces to areas controlled by SDF comes after the agreement, which was announced by Manbej Military Council, on Thursday, in order to stop the advance of the forces of "Euphrates Shield" backed by Turkish forces.
The chief of staff, Sergei Rodsqui, stressed that the regime forces reached to the south-west of the city of Manbej (80 kilometers east of Aleppo), after it took control of several villages south east of al-Bab city after battles with ISIS organization.
The Turkish Foreign Ministry denied, on Thursday, the existence of an agreement between Russia and SDF to hand areas to the Syrian government. While the military commanders in "Euphrates Shield" forces confirmed that an agreement will not hinder their progress toward Manbej city, which Turkish President, Recep Tayyip Erdogan, has said that it is the next destination to "Euphrates Shield" forces after taking control of the city of al-Bab.
Meanwhile, Syrian jets carried out, on Friday, several raids on areas in Sokhna city and its surroundings, in eastern Homs, and no information about casualties reported, amid continued violent clashes between regime forces and ISIS elements. While a loud explosion was heard in al-Wa'er neighborhood, in Homs, due to the shelling of the regime forces, but no information about casualties reported.
The western parties of Aleppo witnessed fierce battles, on Friday, between the regime forces and Islamic factions. The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights (SOHR) informed that the violent clashes are concentrated in the neighborhood of Jamaiyet al-Zahra and al-Gazera area west of the city, where accompanied by clashes with heavy bombardment by regime forces on the clash areas and the fictions' sites.
A citizen was killed in al-Baba city, in the northeastern of Aleppo countryside, after a mine explosion in the city, while ISIS organisation targeting with mortars, areas in eastern Kwers airport, which is controlled by the government forces yesterday, and news of casualties among regime forces reported.
Meanwhile, SOHR informed that the regime forces carried out during the last few hours a raid campaign in the houses of the citizens in al-Bab city, where the forces arrested 15 persons, including a woman, and took them to an unknown destination. The regime forces shelled areas in Siraj Fare'a village in the southern countryside of Aleppo, resulting in material damage.
In the same context, the regime forces shelled areas in Turkmen Mount in the northern countryside of Latakia, was no information about casualties reported. The regime forces launched two missiles in areas in Tishreen district on the outskirts of the eastern capital, was no information about injuries reported, accompanied by a missile strike by regime forces on orchards of the neighborhoods of Qaboun, Barzeh and Tishreen.
In Hama, the clashes took place between regime forces and ISIS organization, in the eastern countryside Salemia city, amid the advancement of regime forces. Informed information confirmed its control over several points in the region, while helicopters shelled with explosive barrels areas in the town of Kafr Zita, in northern Hama, and no information about casualties reported.
The international coalition jets carried out several strikes on areas in the city of Raqqa, the main stronghold of the Islamic stat" in Syria, and no information about casualties reported.
On the other hand, information was received on reaching a truce in al-Wa'er district in Homs, between officals in the neighborhood and the regime authorities, mediated by a third party, after more than 20 days of air and artillery bombardment targeted the neighborhood with heavy machine guns by regime forces, which resulted in dozens of martyrs and dozens wounded.
On the other hand, SOHR revealed that more than 4600 are executed by the "slamic State" organization during 32 months of its "Caliphate".
Where SOHR documented the execution of 14 Syrian citizens, in addition to four fighters of the rebel and Islamic factions, and 9 members at least of the regime forces and the militiamen loyal to them.
The charges were: “working for the infidels Kurdish Forces, working for the Coalition, smuggling people to the outside of the “Islamic State” organization’s controlled areas, cooperation with Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham, witchcraft, a member of Syria New Army which is supported by the International Coalition, cooperating and working with the regime forces, Ridda and accepting living under the rule of the Kurds and members of the Nusayri regime”
Where it rose to 4607, the number of civilians, fighters, members of the regime forces and the militiamen loyal to them and ISIS militants who were executed by ISIS since the declaration of its Caliphate in 29/6/2014 until the morning of 3/3/2016.
Where 2514 civilian citizens were executed, including 87 children and 133 women, they were executed by shooting, beheading, stoning, throwing off high place or burning in the provinces of Damascus, Rif Dimashq, Deir Ezzor, al- Raqqa, al-Hasakah, Aleppo, Homs and Hama, including 3 massacres carried out by the organization in the provinces of Deir Ezzor, Aleppo and Hama. Among the casualties, the activist in SOHR, Jawdat al-Rabbah aka “Abu Islam”.
Also the organization executed more than 930 Arab Sunni citizens from the clan of al-Sh’aytat in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor, and 223 Kurdish civilian citizen killed by the organization by opening fire on them and by white arm in the city of Ayn al-Arab (Kobani) and the village of Barkh Botan in the southern countryside of the city.
In addition, 46 civilian citizen executed by the organization in Al-Mab’oujeh village which is inhabited by citizens of Ismailia, Sunni and Alawite communities in the eastern countryside of Salamiyyeh city, they were burned, slaughtered and shot, and also 85 including 10 children and 8 citizen women from the families of the gunmen loyal to the regime and NDF executed by the organization in al-Bogeleyyah area in Deir Ezzor.
Also 344 is the number of fighters of the rebel and Islamic factions, Fath al-Sham Front (al-Qaeda organization in the Levant) and YPG who were executed by the organization of the “Islamic State” after capturing them in the clashes which are taking place between the organization and the mentioned factions or of who were arrested at checkpoints for the organization in its controlled areas.
Also the “Islamic State” organization executed 503 of its own members, some of them on charges of spying for foreign countries, cooperating with the Crusader Alliance, attempting to escape, escaping during the battle and attempting to defect “, and most of them were executed after being arrested by the organization when they were trying to return to their countries.
The Organization also executed 1244 officers and members from the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them, after capturing them in the clashes or arresting them at ISIS checkpoints in ISIS controlled areas.
In addition, two Turkish soldiers executed by the “Islamic State” organization by “burning them” after being captured in the northeastern countryside of Aleppo.
