Ex-Prime Minister Hariri
The head of the Free Lebanon Unified MP Suleiman Franjieh stated "The Lebanese government and internal Lebanese scene are linked to the policy of keeping a distance."
He expressed his fear that "whenever the plot fails in Syria, it bounces on Lebanon, the failure of the conspiracy against Lebanon in the 2006 led to the conspiracy against Syria and today the opposite is true."
He said in an interview with the “Mayadeen” channel: “We are getting closer to benefits and elections, they want the withdrawal of Lebanon from this axis, as is practiced in political pressure and in security pressure but this could lead to strife." He added: "In the future the Lebanese must use his mind and not his heart, especially since most of these things are confusing."
"Najib Mikati is the best prime minister,we can find for the government in Lebanon but am I satisfied with his performance? No but he is the best we can find in Sunni sect, although I disagree with all of his actions and attitudes."
He added, "We are not turning on a certain Arabian line, we do not attack our Arab brothers, and do not accept to strike the resistance in Lebanon. I believe that a coup against the government in Lebanon is to change the image of Lebanon and if they want it let them take it by force."
