Oman’s first budget airline – SalamAir – opened a ticket desk at Muscat International Airport.
Located at the departure terminal, the new facility will offer a full range of services including reservations and ticketing, itinerary changes, purchase of value-added options and general information and support.
François Bouteiller, SalamAir CEO said, “The opening of our ticket desk is a reflection of our core philosophy built around customer satisfaction. As a newly launched airline, we serve a rapidly growing customer base that will continue to expand with the introduction of several new destinations on the horizon. Through this facility, we will be adding a new element of face-to-face interaction with our guests, which will allow us to gain a deeper understanding of their needs and provide them with the highest level of service.”
“Our aim with the new facility is to not only enable our vision to enhance guests’ overall experience flying with budget airlines but to also help us create new opportunities for employment within the Sultanate,” he added.
The ticket desk will add to SalamAir’s integrated customer support which already includes the SalamAir.com website, affiliated travel agents and the SalamAir call center which offers friendly and efficient service through chat, email or phone and can be contacted on +968 2427 2222.
