Kuwait Airways said Wednesday it would allow its passengers to have their luggage weighed before departure in an effort to ensure a smooth flight movement. The Kuwaiti national airline offers this service at Counter One and Counter Two, Assistant Director of Kuwait International Airport for Ground Services Mohamed Al-Meteri said in news remarks. The move aims to ease out work pressure caused by the travel of a large number of people during the summer season, he added. Furthermore, Kuwait Airways also provides special services, including easy procedures, to sick, handicapped and old passengers, he pointed out. However, the official urged travelers to confirm their booking 72 hours ahead of the travel day and to turn up at the airport three hours before the flight.
