Minister for Tourism and Antiquities Nayef Al Fayez said that the Ministry, in cooperation with the Jordan Tourism Board, takes part annually in the International Tourism Bourse (ITB) in Berlin that is attended by 120 countries.
The minister, who is taking part in the event along with a Jordanian delegation, said that the fair provided an important opportunity for Jordan to promote its tourism sector and attract tourists into the Kingdom.
Al Fayez also met with the German minister of economy and tourism, and the secretary general of the World Tourism Organization and discussed with them cooperation with the Jordan Tourism Board.
