Gulf Air, Bahrain’s national carrier and Title Sponsor of the 2017 Formula 1 Gulf Air Bahrain Grand Prix, today begins its three-day countdown to Bahrain Grand Prix weekend on April 14, 15 and 16 at Bahrain International Circuit in Sakhir.
"As Bahrain's global ambassador Gulf Air is committed to supporting –as Title Sponsor- this world class event. As a key national infrastructure asset and an integral part of the local economy, it is natural for us to be involved in this action-packed weekend of motorsport racing and live entertainment that draws visitors to Bahrain from around the world while providing entertainment for the Kingdom’s residents. We anticipate yet another successful Formula 1 race in Bahrain this year," Gulf Air Chief Executive Officer Maher Salman Al Musallam said.
As part of the 2017 Formula One Gulf Air Bahrain Grand Prix family activities at the Bahrain International Circuit, Gulf Air will have a kids’ maze adorned with images and information about the airline’s extensive network of destinations. A dedicated team will assist visitors who wish to successfully solve the maze for a variety of prizes including complimentary Gulf Air tickets. This will be in addition to the airline’s own VIP paddock club suite.
