The national front of Egyptian expatriates organized a vigil in support of EgyptAir and to mourn victims of the ill-fated EgyptAir flight that crashed last week.
In a statement, the Paris-based front asserted its support for all Egyptian institutions, calling on Egyptians to stand united behind their leadership.
It offered condolences to the Egyptian people and government and families of the victims.
EgyptAir flight MS804 crashed with 56 passengers and 10 crew on board on May 19 into the Mediterranean while en route from Paris to Cairo. The wreckage of the plane was found north of Alexandria.
