EgyptAir opened on Wednesday a new office in the Ethiopian capital Addis Ababa, the board chairman of EgyptAir Holding Company said.
In a statement, Safwat Muslem said the Egyptian company is keen on expanding its activities in Africa.
The new office is located in the headquarters of the African Union (AU).
The company's main office in Ethiopia was opened in 1995.
He said the new office is a step forward for restoring EgyptAir's widespread services in Africa, especially in view of the development of the aviation industry in the continent.
