Chairman of EgyptAir Safwat Mosalam announced that the firm modified
the airline networks of 60 international and 14 domestic and regional destinations in the summer schedule.
In a statement issued on Thursday, Mosalam said that flights to the most important cities and capitals have been increased and the schedule of flights as well as the models of some planes have been changed.
For his part, the Managing Director of EgyptAir Sherif Ezzat underlined that flights have been increased to a number of countries such as Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Morocco and Nigeria because these destinations recorded the highest rates of passengers' movement.
Some changes have been also introduced in the network to connect number of important aviation markets with each other, he noted.
It has been important to connect the western African continent and the Far East by organizing flights between Lagos and Chinese city Guangzhou, Ezzat reiterated.
