Young Egyptian actor Ahmed Falawkas has welcomed a role alongside veteran star Adel Imam in the upcoming drama series The Fortune Teller. “I’m playing a totally different role in this socio-political comedy as the son of Adel Imam,” he told Arabstoday on Sunday. Falawkas has started preparations for the role. "I am trying to get to the gym every day to keep up my fitness. The character I play demands an athletic appearance," Falawkas added. The Fortune Teller was written by Youssef Maati and will be directed by Rami Imam. More than 200 actors and actresses will make up the bumper cast, which includes Adel Imam, Hussein Fahmy, Talaat Zakaria, Shirin, Nihal Anbar and Sharif Ramzi. The series will be filmed in cities across Egypt including Cairo, Port Said, Luxor and Mansoura.
