Algerian famous actress Fatiha Berber, 76, died Friday in Paris (France), following a heart attack, Ciné lumières association announced.
Fatiha Berber began his career in 1959 with the song, the orchestra of Meriem Fekkaï before joining a few months later, the "Drama" section a the Algiers conservatory.
The actress was chosen in the same year by director Mustapha Gribi for a role in the play "Les femmes savants", an adaptation of Molière's work.
The deceased, known for her famous duets with Rouiched and Athman Ariouet, had a rich and diverse career as she played many roles in film, theater and television.
She played many leading roles in several films, including "Hassen Taxi" and "Aila Ki Nas" and several TV movies, including "El Masir" and "El Bedra 1 and 2."
