Ok, simmer down. Ahmad Al Sakka is A-ok! No kidnapping incident that we need to worry about, trust us! The Egyptian actor was rumored to have been kidnapped by a group of armed men when he went to Alexandria Egypt to attend the funeral of Egyptian actor Ahmad Riziq's mother. Where in the world did people get this crazy story? According to Laha Magazine, Ahmad explained, "The incident that had taken place in Alexandria was a verbal fight with some thugs…I went to the funeral accompanied by my fellow actors Ashraf Abdel Baqi, Mohammad Imam, Ahmad Al Sadani, Ashraf Abdel Ghafour and Ayman Bahjat Qamar and we were shocked when a group of people began approaching us, which is something normal, but many attempted to break into the funeral in an inappropriate manner and I and other actors attempted to stop the thugs." "Shortly after, security officials were able to maintain control and stop the thugs from doing harm, and afterwards I left home for Cairo. And there was no kidnapping as many stated in the media.” While what happened is still disturbing, it’s not nearly as alarming as a superstar kidnapping. Whew, now wipe the sweat off your forehead and get back to your Ramadan traditions. Our beloved Ahmad is juuust fine!
